STEAM Education

STEAM Education in SEK

STEAM (Science, technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) is everywhere and in everything we do, and how we live. From the natural world around us to the devices in our hands that show us the world.

Through hands-on projects, experiments, and activities, our students have the opportunity to explore, create, and innovate. They develop practical skills, cultivate an inquisitive mindset, and learn to approach challenges with confidence. Whether it's designing and building structures, coding and programming, or creating works of art, our students are encouraged to think critically, embrace teamwork, and unleash their full potential.

Objectives:

  1. To cultivate creativity and innovation through hands-on and experiential learning activities.
  2. To promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a cross-disciplinary context.
  3. To encourage collaboration and teamwork, fostering communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. To nurture a growth mindset, encouraging resilience and a positive attitude towards challenges.
